- 18 Jul 2019
TL;DR: In conclusion, indisputable anticancer activities of dietary phytochemicals linked with proper regulation of DNA methylation status have been described, however, precisely designed and well-controlled clinical studies are needed to confirm their beneficial epigenetic effects after long-term consumption in humans.
Expression of Ki-67, Bcl-2, Survivin and p53 Proteins in Patients with Pulmonary Carcinoma
Erika Halasova,Marian Adamkov,Tatiana Matáková,Desanka Vybohova,M Antosova,M. Janickova,A Singliar,Dusan Dobrota,Viera Jakusova +8 more
TL;DR: High expression and intensity of Bcl-2 protein could be a factor behind a bad prognosis in SCLC, and a negative correlation between survivin and p53 expression is found.
