Superficial CD34-positive fibroblastic tumor and PRDM10-rearranged soft tissue tumor are overlapping entities: a comprehensive study of 20 cases.
Raul Perret,Michael Michal,Richard A. Carr,Valérie Velasco,Marián Švajdler,Marie Karanian,Alexandra Meurgey,Sandrine Paindavoine,Isabelle Soubeyran,Jean-Michel Coindre,Romain Boidot,Céline Charon-Barra,Damien Geneste,Noëlle Weingertner,Daniel Pissaloux,Franck Tirode,Jessica Baud,Jessica Baud,François Le Loarer,François Le Loarer +19 more
TL;DR: In this article, a series of cases of superficial CD34-positive fibroblastic tumor (SCD34FT) and PRDM10 rearranged soft tissue tumor (PRDM10-STT) were investigated using immunohistochemistry, array-comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH), RNA sequencing and exome sequencing.

Activity and Safety of Palbociclib in Patients with Advanced Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors Refractory to Imatinib and Sunitinib: A Biomarker-driven Phase II Study.
Maud Toulmonde,Jean-Yves Blay,Olivier Bouché,Olivier Mir,Nicolas Penel,Nicolas Isambert,Florence Duffaud,Emmanuelle Bompas,Thomas Esnaud,Romain Boidot,Damien Geneste,François Ghiringhelli,Carlo Lucchesi,Carine Bellera,François Le Loarer,Antoine Italiano +15 more
TL;DR: Palbociclib has no significant clinical activity as a single agent in P16/CDKN2A–deleted GIST refractory to imatinib and sunitinib.
Recurrent novel THBS1-ADGRF5 gene fusion in a new tumor subtype “Acral FibroChondroMyxoid Tumors”
Corinne Bouvier,François Le Loarer,Nicolas Macagno,Sébastien Aubert,Virginie Audard,Damien Geneste,Anne Gomez-Brouchet,Jean-Marc Guinebretière,Frédérique Larousserie,Daniel Pissaloux,Béatrice Marie,Franck Tirode,Jessica Baud,Gonzague de Pinieux +13 more
TL;DR: Ten cases of a previously unrecognized acral benign soft tissue tumor arose on the fingers and toes and involved bone in half of cases and were lobulated and displayed an abundant stroma made of variable fibrous, chondroid and myxoid material reminiscent of cartilaginous or myoepithelial differentiation.
