The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polarizing film, a polarizing film manufacturing device, and a polarizing film having improved optical characteristics by using the same, the method comprising the steps of: (a) spraying a coating solution that contains a component functioning as a polarizer to the inside of a sealed chamber so as to form coating solution spraying conditions; (b) supplying a polyvinyl alcohol-based film to the inside of the chamber such that the outer side of the polyvinyl alcohol-based film is dyed by the coating solution; and (c) discharging the polyvinyl alcohol-based film dyed with the coating solution to the outside of the chamber.

The apparatus comprises: a dyeing tank where the base film is dyed by dipping the base film in aqueous solution containing iodine, potassium iodide, and boric acid, wherein the iodine is maintained at a low concentration within a preset range; and at least one pump which is arranged at one side of the dyeing tank and inserts the iodine according to a successive or intermittent dropping method. An insertion amount of iodine is controlled such that the iodine concentration measured at an arbitrary spot is maintained at the low concentration within the preset range, based on a deviation of an iodine concentration, which is measured at an arbitrary spot of the dyeing tank apart from the pump, from the iodine concentration at a spot where iodine is inserted from the pump.
