TL;DR: In this paper, an automatic tool avoiding method of a clamping mechanism is described. But the method is characterized in that a flexible tool system with an automatic avoiding function is built by taking an existing machine tool and numerical control system as a platform; then an existing mounting platform is subjected to area division, coordinates of the clamping mechanisms under the current mounting platform are calibrated and input into the system, and a workpiece is clamped through air pressure.
