Diversity and Suitability of the State-of-the-Art Wearable and Wireless EEG Systems Review.
TL;DR: In this article , a review of wearable and wireless EEG systems over the past decade and compares the specifications and research applications of the major wireless systems marketed by 16 companies is presented. And the authors also discuss the thought process to find a suitable device that meets personalization and use cases specificities.

Neurological state changes indicative of ADHD in children learned via EEG-based LSTM networks
TL;DR: These findings showed that the proposed EEG-based LSTM networks are capable of extracting the varied temporal characteristics of high-resolution electrophysiological signals to differentiate between ADHD and NT children, and brought a new insight to facilitate the diagnosis of ADHD.

Wayfinding and Glaucoma: A Virtual Reality Experiment
Fábio B. Daga,Eduardo R. Macagno,Cory Stevenson,Ahmed Elhosseiny,Alberto Diniz-Filho,Erwin R. Boer,Jürgen P. Schulze,Felipe A. Medeiros +7 more
TL;DR: Glaucoma patients performed significantly worse on allocentric-based wayfinding tasks conducted in a VR environment, suggesting visual field loss may affect the construction of spatial cognitive maps relevant to successful wayfinding.
A Correlation-Based Framework for Evaluating Postural Control Stochastic Dynamics
Manuel E. Hernandez,Joseph Snider,Cory Stevenson,Gert Cauwenberghs,Howard Poizner +4 more
- 01 May 2016
TL;DR: It is shown that the COP-VAF leads to repeatable, physiologically meaningful measures that distinguish postural control differences in unipedal versus bipedal stance trials with and without vision in healthy individuals.

Estimating direction and depth of visual fixation using electrooculography
Cory Stevenson,Tzyy-Ping Jung,Gert Cauwenberghs +2 more
- 05 Nov 2015
TL;DR: This work is the first apparent demonstration of EOG signals as a basis for eye tracking in 3D, and estimations by a single layer, feedforward neural network, resulted in average errors for azimuth and elevation angle.
