Polarization of the Electrical Double Layer. Time Evolution after Application of an Electric Field.
V. N. Shilov,Ángel V. Delgado,Fernando González-Caballero,José Horno,J.J. López-García,Constantino Grosse +5 more
TL;DR: In this work, qualitatively and (in some cases) quantitatively the time behavior of the dipole moment induced in the electrical double layer by an applied electric field is described and a simple relationship is deduced between the dipoles moment and the electrophoretic mobility.

Permittivity of a suspension of charged cylindrical particles in electrolyte solution
TL;DR: In this article, a simple modele recemment developpe pour la permittivite basse frequence des suspensions de particules spheriques and chargees dans des solutions d'electrolytes is etendu au cas des particules cylindriques orientees perpendiculairement par rapport au champ applique.

A program for the fitting of Debye, Cole-Cole, Cole-Davidson, and Havriliak-Negami dispersions to dielectric data.
TL;DR: A program that satisfies all requirements and allows fitting any superposition of the Debye, Cole-Cole, Cole -Davidson, and Havriliak-Negami dispersions plus a conductivity term to measured dielectric spectroscopy data is presented.
