The invention discloses an automatic correcting method of an elevator weighing device. The automatic correcting method of the elevator weighing device is suitable for elevator equipment. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring weighing value, the actual torque current and the current running direction of the elevator equipment when the elevator equipment maintains zero speed at therunning speed reducing stopping stage; S2, estimating expected torque current of an elevator through a preset estimating formula containing a plurality of preset coefficients based on the weighing value; S3, calculating error between the expected torque current and the actual torque current; and S4, adjusting a plurality of preset coefficients in the estimating formula through a self-adaptive filtering algorithm based on the error until the performance function of the error is the minimum; and then outputting the preset coefficients. The method has the beneficial effects that the calculationcoefficient of the elevator torque current estimating formula is modified by the self-adaptive filtering algorithm, so that the calculated starting load component torque is accurate, and as a result,the comfort in elevator starting is increased; and the method is small in operation workload, small in data storage requirement, and high in adaptability.

Automatic correcting method of elevator weighing device

The invention discloses an elevator load torque current correction method and device. A torque coefficient of an elevator drive motor is acquired according to a load torque current value of an elevator as well as a drive motor rotating speed and a command value thereof or a car moving speed and a command value thereof, elevator loads under two arbitrary loads are acquired according to the drive motor rotating speed and the command value thereof or the car moving speed and the command value thereof, and an elevator load torque current subjected to correction is acquired by utilizing the torque coefficient, the elevator load and weighing values of a weighing device under two different loads. The invention also discloses an elevator control method. According to the elevator load torque current correction method and device and the elevator control method, the disadvantage in the prior that correction cannot be finished as the half load condition cannot be reached for a long time is eliminated, load torque currents under no load and the half load are determined in a debugging stage without a mode of artificially transporting weights, changes of the drive motor torque coefficient and the input and output characteristics of the weighing device are corrected, and the weighing values output by the weighing device are guaranteed to correspond to the actual load of the car.
