TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to determine a target area, which is selected by a user, in a target picture on a screen interface which displays the target picture, detecting and recognizing the target area to acquire recognition information ofthe target area; determining the information type of the recognition information; and calling the application which corresponds to the information types.
