A drill cuttings conveyance system includes a collection tank that includes a screw conveyor and a chamber operable to accommodate drill cuttings, the screw conveyer extending along a longitudinal axis of the collection tank from a first end of the chamber to a second end of the chamber; a port disposed at the second end of the chamber of the collection tank, the port including a channel operable to direct the drill cuttings from the chamber of the collection tank; a pump including an inlet connected to the port and operable to receive drill cuttings from the port, an outlet, and a pumping mechanism operable to direct the drill cuttings through the outlet of the pump; and a drag chain conveyor in communication with the chamber of the collection tank via an auxiliary opening, the drag chain conveyor being operable to remove drill cuttings from the collection tank.

The invention provides a gravel screening device. The gravel screening device comprises a gravel shoveling mechanism, a scraping plate conveying mechanism, a filtering and cleaning mechanism and a collecting box assembly, wherein the gravel shoveling mechanism is used for collecting gravel on the ground, the bottom end of the scraping plate conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the gravelshoveling mechanism and the scraping plate conveying mechanism is obliquely placed, the filtering and cleaning mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the top end of the scraping plate conveying mechanism and is used for separating materials, and the collecting box assembly is arranged on one side of the filtering and cleaning mechanism; the gravel shoveling mechanism is arranged on an inclined plate which is obliquely placed through hinge plates, the scraping plate conveying mechanism is arranged on a bottom plate, and the filtering and cleaning mechanism and the collecting box assembly are both arranged on the bottom plate; the gravel shoveling mechanism and the scraping plate conveying mechanism are both connected with a first driving mechanism; and the gravel screening device further comprises a ground drilling mechanism which is arranged on the front side of the gravel shoveling mechanism and is used for drilling the ground. According to the gravel screening device, the vibration effect is avoided, multistage screening is realized, noise is reduced, and the purpose of screening different sizes of gravels is achieved.

A conveyor for drill cuttings includes a plurality of serially-aligned augers, wherein each auger has two opposed ends, a flex coupling secured between a first end of one auger and a second end of an adjacent subsequent auger, a trough at least partially surrounding each auger, a motor coupled to one end of the series of augers and providing rotation to the end of the series of augers, and at least one hangar bearing retaining each auger within the trough, wherein a first angle is present between two of the augers, said flex coupling transferring the rotation from the motor across the angle between the two augers.
