Scenario analysis of carbon emissions' anti-driving effect on Qingdao's energy structure adjustment with an optimization model, Part I: Carbon emissions peak value prediction
TL;DR: In this paper, an extended STIRPAT model was introduced to determine the relationship between CO2 emissions and different driving factors (permanent resident population, economic level, technical level, urbanization level, energy consumption structure, service level, and foreign trade degree).

Multistage stochastic inexact chance-constraint programming for an integrated biomass-municipal solid waste power supply management under uncertainty
TL;DR: In this article, a multistage stochastic inexact chance-constraint programming (MSICCP) model is developed for power supply management under uncertainties, which can provide desired energy resource allocation with a minimized system cost, maximized system reliability and a maximized energy security.

Electric power system planning with renewable energy accommodation for supporting the sustainable development of Tangshan City, China
TL;DR: In this paper, an inexact stochastic robust mixed-integer programming (ITSRMP) method was developed for supporting regional electric power system management in Tangshan City, China.

An inexact fixed-mix fuzzy-stochastic programming model for heat supply management in wind power heating system under uncertainty
TL;DR: In this article, an inexact fixed-mix fuzzy-stochastic programming (IFFSP) method was developed and applied to the heat supply management of an actual wind power heating system under uncertainties presented as interval values, random variables and fuzzy sets within a multi-stage context.

An optimized low-carbon production planning model for power industry in coal-dependent regions - A case study of Shandong, China
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper established an optimization model to identify the low-carbon production pathways for Shandong's power industry, which indicated that nuclear power, wind power and complementary energy power would be the overriding clean energy power generation technologies.
