TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method for correcting target image data, which comprises the steps of: generating reference image data on the basis of a plurality of normal image data without defects; detecting one or more reference image feature points from the reference image and detecting the estimated feature points for each of an undetected feature point and an unmatched feature point.
