TL;DR: Using this form of adoptive immunotherapy, two patients with recurrent multiple myeloma after allogeneic BMT received leucocyte infusions obtained by leukapheresis from their original marrow donors and both patients developed graft-versus-host disease and achieved complete remission of Myeloma.
