About: Wright-Giemsa Staining Method is a research topic. Over the lifetime, 1 publications have been published within this topic receiving 2 citations.
TL;DR: In this article, a fast Wright-Giemsa staining method was proposed for microscopy using up to 1000 ml of distilled water, which can be performed in a batch manner by cooperating with a staining machine.
Abstract: The invention discloses a rapid Wright-Giemsa staining method. A Wright-Giemsa staining solution A is prepared from 10 g of Wright's stain, 1 g of Giemsa stain, 1 g of Azure II, 30 ml of glycerin, 15ml of Tween-20 and 500 ml of methyl alcohol; a Wright-Giemsa staining solution B is prepared from 0.3 g of anhydrous monopotassium phosphate, 0.2 g of anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate and up to 1000 ml of distilled water. The method is short in staining time, and rapid staining and microscopic examination can be performed in a batch manner by cooperating with a staining machine for assistingclinical diagnosis.
