TL;DR: In this paper, a dynamic model directed angiography 3D reconstruction method is proposed to assist detection and surgery guidance for cardiovascular disease in clinical medicine, which can effectively assist clinical requests.
Abstract: The present invention provides a dynamic model directed angiography three-dimensional reconstruction method, pertaining to an intersectional field of digital image processing and medicine imaging, for satisfying special requests of auxiliary detection and surgery guidance for cardiovascular disease in clinical medicine. The invention includes steps of angiography image preprocessing, vascellum segmentation, vascellum skeleton and radii extraction, model directed vascellum base element recognition, vascellum matching and vascellum three-dimensional reconstruction. The invention also provides a cardiovascular dynamic model construction method including steps of cardiovascular slice data extraction, cordis static and dynamic model building, and static and dynamic model building. According to the invention, good angiography three-dimensional reconstruction result may be obtained, which effectively assists detection and surgery guidance for cardiovascular disease, thereby satisfying clinical requests.
TL;DR: A degradable anastomotic cannula of vascellum, which is a cylindrical cannula made from high molecular material PLLA by an injection molding method, was revealed in this paper.
Abstract: The invention discloses a degradable anastomotic cannula of vascellum, which is a cylindrical cannula made from high molecular material PLLA by an injection moulding method. The wall thickness and internal diameter of the cannula are adaptive to the vascellum to be repaired. The PLLA anastomotic cannula of vascellum prepared by invention has biodegradability so as to solve the problem of remaining of anastomotic devices in vivo. After the completion of anastomosis between the cannula and the vascellum, on the one hand, the cannula can support and fix at a certain time so as to ensure the good anastomosis of the two broken ends of the vascellum and that an ariastomotic stoma is not easy to be distorted and narrowed; on the other hand, the cannula can be automatically and gradually degraded and absorbed in vivo finally. No damage to tunica intima and suture remaining occur in the cavosurface of the vascellum after anastomosis, thus the normal vasomotoricity and growing development of the vascellum are not influenced, and foreign body granuloma does not form on the adventitia of the vascellum, thereby reducing the possibility of the formation of thrombus at the ariastomotic stoma so as to have excellent long-dated patency rate of the vascellum.
