TL;DR: The large percentages of directed urinations by spayed and non-estrous intact females in this study suggest that urination in female dogs does not function solely in elimination, but that it also has a significant role in scent marking, even when females are not in estrus.
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of cyclophosphamide-induced overactive bladder on rat's smooth muscle relaxation test was investigated and dose-dependently lower the contraction frequency of rhythmic bladder contractions, and prolong the urination intervals in rat's urination function measurement test.
Abstract: (R)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-4′-[2-[(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)amino]ethyl]acetic acid anilide or its salt shows a potent bladder relaxation effect in “isolated rat bladder smooth muscle relaxation test”, dose-dependently lowers the contraction frequency of rhythmic bladder contractions in “rat rhythmic bladder contraction measurement test” and, moreover, prolongs the urination intervals in “urination functions measurement test on cyclophosphamide-induced overactive bladder model rat”. Owing to these effects, the above compound is useful as a remedy for ovaractive bladder.
TL;DR: In this paper, a controllable urine bag and a control valve are arranged on the connecting pipe, wherein, the control valve is composed of a supporter body and a pulley wheel.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a controllable urine bag, which is composed of a urine bag and a connecting pipe. A control valve is arranged on the connecting pipe, wherein, the control valve is composed of a supporter body and a pulley wheel. By toggling the pulley wheel, the connecting pipe can be opened or closed. The urination sets time, and thereby, the autonomous urination functions of filling the bladder and emptying are exercised. The utility model has the advantages of safe use and simple operation. The utility model solves the problem that a patient has the difficult automatic micturition caused by sustained urine guiding after drawing a pipe.
