Abstract: The utility model discloses a raceway position measuring device of a large rotating support bearing. The inner ring, the outer surface, the outer ring and the inner surface of a rotating support bearing are respectively provided with a channel; the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing are combined to form a steel ball raceway; the raceway position measuring device comprises a try square, a template, a slide gauge and a dial indicator; the try square is provided with a vertical part and a horizontal part which is connected with the upper end of the vertical part and is provided with a mounting hole on the end surface; the template is a semicircular plate the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of a steel ball; the slide gauge is a positive quadrilateral frame the height of which is equal to the diameter of the template; the slide gauge is sleeved on the vertical part of the try square in a sliding way; one side of the slide gauge is connected with the diameter surface of the template; the dial indicator is fixed above the horizontal part of the try square; a measuring rod penetrates through the mounting hole of the horizontal part from the top to the bottom of the try square; and the contact of the measuring rod props against the upper end surface of the slide gauge. The utility model can directly read the position size of the bearing raceway tested.

Abstract: A combination plumb/level device for removable attachment to a try square of magnetizable material to enable the square to be used as a level or a plumb. The device comprises a spirit level, and a holder for the level. The holder has a magnet associated therewith for magnetically gripping one face of a standard, unaltered leg of the try square with the level oriented relative to the face. The magnet associated with the holder is engageable with an edge of the standard, unaltered leg and orients the level with respect to the edge, enabling flatwise application of the other face and edges of the try square to a surface whereby the try square may be used to ascertain level or plumb positions. Other embodiments, including those directed to a device adapted for removable attachment to a try square of non-magnetizable material, are also disclosed.
