Third-party source

Abstract: Techniques are described to share items from a favorites list. In an implementation, a list entry for a favorites list may be associated with content from a third party source by a first user. The favorites list may be presented in a webpage to display the list entry and the associated content to another user. A control operable to share the list entry with the other user may be exposed with the list entry. Responsive to operation of the control, the content and/or related data may be obtained from the third party source and data may be stored to associate the list entry including the obtained content with the other user. In at least some embodiments, the control is operable by a single-click to cause the sharing of the list entry.

Abstract: A method and network system is provided for limited communication of information relevant to analysis of a potential investment. A community manager facilitates open source information gatherings for particular subjects relevant to the investment decision and includes organizing a limited community forum of investment analysts interested in the particular subject and capable of professionally evaluating the investment decision. An expert community chair directs communication between any member of the forum and a third party source of information relevant to the particular subject or the investment decision. Regularly scheduled conferences include the community manager, community chair and community forum comprising discussions relevant to a particular subject and the investment decision. Alternatively, the conference includes individual and sequential limited participation by the expert third party sources.

Abstract: The invention provides an Android source code compiling method and an Android source code compiling system. The Android source code compiling method comprises the steps of copying a binary file generated through compiling a third party source code under the compilation output directory of an original Android source code to a preset receiving directory; copying the binary file generated through compiling the third party source code under the receiving directory to a new compilation output directory established for compiling the new Android source code; and modifying the compilation configuration of the third party source code, thus invalidating the compilation of the third party source code when compiling the new Android source code, and packaging the software version corresponding to the new Android source code after the new Android source code is compiled. The Android source code compiling method can greatly save compiling time and improve compiling efficiency, and is simple to operate and high in practicability.

Abstract: An online system receives third party source data from a third party system including content feature vector entries and user feature vector entries, each content feature vector entry describing an corresponding user of the third party system, each component in each user feature vector related to a characteristic of the corresponding user. The online system generates a combination score for a target user and a selected content item by computing a combination of the content feature vector entry associated with the selected content item and the user feature vector entry associated with the target user using a combining function, the combination score indicating an estimated increase in value for the third party system when the target user is presented with the selected content item.
