Abstract: Sterilizing apparatus and control arrangement providing for selective operation of a plurality of differing types of sterilizing units including sterilizers capable of carrying out a plurality of differing steam and/or gas sterilizing cycles are disclosed. An electronic microcomputer controller is provided on a plurality of circuit boards, at least one of which is an integrated complete controller for at least one type of sterilizer; expander circuit boards extend control to remaining differing types of sterilizers. Also, provision is made for automatically identifying each differing type of sterilizer upon interconnecting an integrated control system with a selected sterilizer.

One basic bacteria-free isolated operation system consists of onebacteria-free conveying cabinet and one bacteria-free experiment cabinet with double-door isolating valve in between for bacteria-free conveyance with each bacteria-free being mounted onto a movable support. The bacteria-free isolated operation system separates the bacteria-free operation space from operating persons and outside completely, and may be used to replace available bacteria-free roomfor medicine inspection, medicine production, animal raising and experiment.

Abstract: A food sterilizing apparatus has a plurality of sterilizing units (18) each comprising a stationery upper member (14) defining an open-bottom chamber (30) and an elevatable lower member (16) defining an open-top chamber (42). The lower member is moved by a drive mechanism (46) so that the apparatus may take a stand-by position where the upper and lower members are remote from each other and an operative position where these member engages closely with each other to form a single air-tight chamber that is defined by the chambers (30) and (42). A plate (38) carrying trays (2), each carrying the food to be sterilized, is intermittently conveyed by a conveyor (40) to make a brief stop at a position between the upper and lower members when they are in the stand-by position. A steam flush is applied to the closed air-tight chamber for sterilization of the food when the members are in the operative position. The sterilizing operation is preferably carried out by periodically applying steam flush being steam flush being applied for 5-10 seconds and repeated 6-10 times. The steam pressure is preferably 3-3.5 g/cm 2 .

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sterilizing and disinfecting chamber is provided to efficiently implement a sterilizing and disinfecting process with respect to medical appliances by forming foldable wheels on a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing and disinfecting chamber includes a plurality of sterilizing and disinfecting units(140), a blowing unit, a controlling part, and a carrier(200). The sterilizing and disinfecting units include ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing units and ultra low-volume sprayers. The ultraviolet ray-based sterilizing units are installed at the upper side of the chamber and emit ultraviolet ray to targets. Ultra low-volume sprayers generate ozone and spray the ozone to the targets. The blowing unit circulates and exhausts internal air in the chamber. The controlling part controls the operations of the sterilizing and disinfecting units and the blowing unit. The carrier loads and transfers the targets. The carrier includes a loading part, a plurality of wheels, a pair of legs, and a fixing unit.
