Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock that can be used as a clock to stand on a table or the like, and be installed onto on a ceiling for confirming time from many directions. SOLUTION: A clock pedestal 11 is bonded to the lower part of a cylindrical clock case 1 with a spherical shape where the transparent quality of a material is used in an entire periphery. Inside the clock case 1, movement installation bases 2 (2-1 and 2-2), a movement for clock, a movement 4 for minute hand, and a dial 6 for clock are installed. The movement for clock and the movement 4 for minute hand are placed at the center part of the clock case 1 by the movement installation base 2. A support bar 2-1 of the movement installation base 2 is bonded to the lower part of the clock case 1. The movement 4 for minute hand is vertically assembled onto an L-shaped clock 8. For an assembly direction, a minute shaft 5 is the same as the L-shaped clock 8. The minute hand is set to a bow-shaped minute hand 10, is set longer than the periphery of the movement 4 for minute hand, and is set to a shape along the inner surface of the cylindrical clock case 1 with the spherical shape. Abstract: The clock can be designed as a wall clock, self standing clock, a surface clock, a lamp clock or an advertisement clock. Alternatively it can be designed in the form of a wrist watch, an alarm clock or a table clock. The primary drive of the watch includes reduction gear elements, at least one battery, an electronic control circuit and bearing rollers which are inserted in the clock housing (1). The primary mechanical drive may be an electric motor, or a pneumatic or mechanical mechanism. ADVANTAGE - Free space left in centre of clock or watch can be used for alternative purposes e.g. advertising. Eye catching, can be used for special displays at exhibitions and sale rooms.
