Abstract: The present invention relates to a rescue information transmitting system comprising: a reporter mobile terminal where a rescue information application is installed; a rescue worker mobile terminal where the rescue information application is installed; and a central control center connecting both applications to each other, receiving position information of the reporter to transmit the position information to the rescue worker, and transmitting information on the rescue worker to the reporter. The rescue information transmitting system performs the following steps: requesting rescue; executing the rescue information application; transmitting reporter position information; receiving the reporter position information; transmitting the reporter position information; assigning the rescue worker; messaging the reporter; messaging the rescue worker; executing the rescue application; making connections; and exchanging real-time information, thereby transmitting a coping method appropriate for a situation to a person to be rescued, a guardian or the reporter in real time while the rescue worker is assigned and moves to the corresponding place after reporting the rescue to 119 or the like, and enabling the reporter to check the position, the path and the estimated arrival time of the rescue worker. Therefore the person to be rescued can be rescued more rapidly and efficiently.
