Abstract: The invention discloses a detection system on the repeat quantity of gene 5'-non-translational region CGG units and a detection kit The detection system comprises three primers positioned at the upper stream, the lower stream and the repeated segment boundary of the CGG repeat segment; the quantity of the repeat quantity of the CGG repeat units can be judged according to the two results of the full length product size and CGG product quantity Particularly the combination capability of primers positioned at the repeat segment boundary and the corresponding template is higher, so that the maximum CGG product can be more clearly judged; therefore the concrete quantity of the CGG repeat can be accurately judged; the repeat quantity being smaller than 60 can be effectively and accurately determined; whether a greater repeat number gene type exists or not can be clearly judged
