TL;DR: In this article, a vehicle control device performing on/off switching control of an ignition power source based on the operation of a push start switch has a vehicle speed erroneous input determining means for determining whether the vehicle speed signal is erroneously input.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device performing normal control in consideration of the difference between a vehicle speed signal during actual travel and a vehicle speed signal at the low voltage start SOLUTION: The vehicle control device performing on/off switching control of an ignition power source based on the operation of a push start switch has a vehicle speed erroneous input determining means for determining whether a vehicle speed signal is erroneously input based on a duty ratio of the vehicle speed signal acquired from a vehicle speed sensor provided in a vehicle, and an ignition control means for performing on/off switching of the ignition power source when the vehicle speed erroneous input determining means determines that the vehicle speed signal is erroneously input, when the push start switch is operated COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
TL;DR: In this article, a vehicle control program and a vehicle electronic control device that do not malfunction even when a plurality of systems are mounted on a single ECU, even when the system is activated with other system requirements.
Abstract: Provided are a vehicle control program and a vehicle electronic control device that do not malfunction even when a plurality of systems are mounted on a single ECU, even when the system is activated with other system requirements. A power supply IC4 inputs a power supply state and activation requirements to a CPU11 based on signals from a timer 16, a battery 2, a push SW, a brake switch (STP), an IGSW, an ACC, a communication IC15, and the like. The communication IC 15 performs mutual communication with other ECUs via the CAN bus 3, and the timer 16 measures time, for example, outputs a wakeup signal to the power supply IC 14 every three hours. The operation requirement determination unit 34 is based on the power supply state detection unit 31 and the activation requirement detection unit 32 and the activation requirements input from each of the applications such as the power management 21, push start 22, eco-run 23, and start / charge 24. Judgment of operation requirements is performed, and only applications that satisfy the operation requirements are started. [Selection] Figure 8
TL;DR: In this paper, a multiclutch drive with a spring-engaged friction clutches and a one-way clutcher is described, where the friction is engaged when the intermediate drive speed exceeds the input speed.
Abstract: A multiclutch drive having an input connected in series by a centrifugally engaged clutch, an intermediate drive and a spring engaged manually disengaged friction clutch to drive the output and a one way clutch between the intermediate drive and input which is engaged when the intermediate drive speed exceeds the input speed. Manual disengagement of the friction clutch provides positive neutral. For normal drive, manual engagement permits the spring engagement of the friction clutch and manually increasing engine throttle and engine speed engages the centrifugal clutch for normal vehicle drive. For a push start the friction clutch is manually disengaged while bringing the vehicle up to starting speed and then engaged to drive the intermediate drive to engage the one way clutch to drive the input for engine starting. The clutches are structurally arranged with the centrifugal clutch hub and the inner race of the one way clutch fixed to the input shaft. The centrifugal clutch shoes are pivoted on the hub and engage the ring portion of a centrifugal inner clutch drum having a disk backing plate portion fixed to the outer race of the one way clutch. An outer drum has a ring portion movably mounted on the inner drum ring portion and a disk apply plate. A friction clutch driven plate between the backing and apply plates, rotates on the outer race and drives the output. A cover is secured to the free end of the outer drum. A belleville spring engages the inner drum and the cover to bias the outer drum to engage the friction clutch and to rotate the drums together.
TL;DR: In this paper, a push start system capable of matching the startability of an engine by changing the control value with respect to an engine startability by the operation is presented. But the system is limited to a single push switch.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push start system capable of matching the startability by changing the control value with respect to an engine startability by the operation. SOLUTION: In the push start system, when a communication device 8 of portable equipment and a vehicle is authenticated by communication, and the authentication establishes, a knob 13 of a push switch 1 is pushed to work a starter motor 51, and an engine is started. There is provided with an engine control unit 7 to detect the engine condition, a controller 2 to stop the operation of the starter motor when judged as that the engine condition detected by the engine control unit 7 is in a complete explosion state, an ST relay 5, a judging condition changing part 21 to change the condition to judge as the complete explosion by the operation, and a push switch 1. TL;DR: An auxiliary transmission oil pump, driven from the output shaft of a vehicle automatic transmission, bypasses the transmission automatic control logic and supplies pressurized oil to operate the appropriate clutch or clutches to provide a suitable transmission ratio during a push or tow start of the vehicle.
Abstract: An auxiliary transmission oil pump, driven from the output shaft of a vehicle automatic transmission, bypasses the transmission automatic control logic and supplies pressurized oil to operate the appropriate clutch or clutches to provide a suitable transmission ratio during a push or tow start of the vehicle. The output of the auxiliary pump is controlled by the vehicle direction control valve so that push starting may be accomplished only when the control valve is in the "forward" position. Once the engine starts, the main transmission oil pump absorbs the flow from the auxiliary pump so that the transmission automatic control logic directs the operation of the transmission.
