Abstract: The invention discloses a ring-fused compound, a preparation method thereof, pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and an application of the compound. A polycyclic compound (I) as well asan isomer, a prodrug, a stable isotopic derivative or pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound (I) has the following structure. The polycyclic compound has good IDO1 and/or TDO2 inhibition functions, can effectively treat, relieve and/or prevent various diseases which are related with IDO1 and/or TDO2, such as cancer, virus infection, autoimmune diseases or the like.

Abstract: The invention discloses a polycyclic compound as well as a preparation method, a pharmaceutical composition and application thereof. The polycyclic compound (I), isomers, prodrugs, solvent compounds,hydrates, stable isotope derivatives or pharmaceutically-acceptable salts have the following structure. The polycyclic compound has a good IDO1 suppressing effect, and can be used for effectively treating, relieving and/or preventing various relevant diseases such as tumors, virus infection or autoimmune diseases caused by immunosuppression. Abstract: The invention discloses a condensed polycyclic compound. The polycyclic compound has a structure shown as a formula (I) or a formula (II). The condensed polycyclic compound has a high triplet state energy level and glassy state conversion temperature and can ensure efficient transmission of energy to an object material after being adopted as a luminous layer main material; the polycyclic compoundis not likely to be crystalized, and the luminous efficiency of components is improved conveniently. By adjusting a substituent group of the condensed polycyclic compound to achieve the electronic transmission capability and the hole transmission capability, the energy level difference between a singlet state and a triplet state is decreased, a compound area of current carriers is expanded, and annihilation of triplet state excitons is avoided. The invention also discloses an organic electroluminescence device, and at least one function layer of the device contains the condensed polycyclic compound; the condensed polycyclic compound serves as the main material of a luminous layer and is matched with the energy level of an adjacent current carrier transmission layer; the luminous efficiencyof the components is improved, the driving voltage of the components is lowered at the same time, and effective usage of the organic electroluminescence device for a long time is achieved more conveniently.

(In the formulas, rings A1 and A2 have at least one carbon-carbon unsaturated bond; R1a and R1b are hydrogen atoms or substituent groups; RA and RB are hydrogen atoms, substituent groups, or group 16 elements in the periodic table; p1 and p2 are integers of 0 or higher; Z is a group 13-16 element in the periodic table; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a substituent group; R3 is a group 16 element in the periodic table; m is an integer of 0-4; and n is an integer of 0-2. The bond shown by (2) is a single bond or double bond.) This method makes it possible to easily and efficiently produce a film-form molded article that includes a condensed polycyclic compound in which a condensed ring is formed at each of positions 1 and 2 and positions 3 and 4 of a benzene ring.

Abstract: The invention discloses a nitrogen-containing aromatic polycyclic compound, which is specifically of the following structure: as shown in the specification, wherein marks from R1 to R11 are the same or different, representing -H, -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, hydroxyl, sulfydryl, amino, alkyl from C1 to C8, alkoxy from C1 to C18, alkane thiol from C1 to C18, alkyl amino from C1 to C18, aryloxy, aromatic thiol, aromatic amino or carbazolyl; R12 represents -H, methyl, amine methyl, cyan, guanyl and substituted or non-substituted pyrimidyl; R13 represents -H, cyan, methyl or amine methyl. The phthalein red compound is high in planarity; the aromaticity and the spectrum shape of the compound are similar to the aromaticity and the spectrum shape of phthalocyanine, but the dissolvability is higher; comparedwith the phthalocyanine, the phthalein red compound is easier to process.
