Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for mass-producing poached egg-like foods having appearance shapes exactly like poached eggs or shell-peeled boiled eggs. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the poached egg-like foods is equipped with a food discharge apparatus 5 furnished with a double tubular nozzle 4 for discharging a fluid food A to be coagulated from an outside nozzle 2 and discharging another fluid food B from an inside nozzle 3, a control means for electrically controlling discharge timings of the foods from the outside nozzle 2 and the inside nozzle 3 of the food discharge apparatus 5 and a coagulating liquid bath 6 which receives the fluid foods A and B discharged from the double tubular nozzle 4 and is stored with a coagulating liquid C for chemically setting the fluid food A to be coagulated discharged from the outside nozzle 2. A round bottom-like cup 8 having holes 7 bored through a side wall with a volume of about one egg is swingably or reversely arranged in the coagulating liquid bath 6 below the double tubular pipe 4. Abstract: The utility model relates to an egg poaching device and belongs to cooking tools. The egg poaching device is mainly used for poaching eggs. A vessel which can contain one broken egg and a handle are designed to form an egg poaching device which can poach one egg each time, or multiple connected vessels are designed to form an egg poaching device which can poach multiple eggs each time. When a poached egg is made, a broken egg is placed in the vessel instead of being directly placed in boiled water, then the vessel together with the egg is placed in a pot containing boiled water, the egg is thoroughly poached under the protection of the vessel, and thus the problem that the egg white of the poached egg is flushed and scattered easily by boiled water, breakage occurs easily, and the poached egg is not complete and not attractive in appearance is solved. The egg poaching device can be the single egg poaching device which can poach one egg at a time or the dual egg poaching device which can poach two eggs each time or a multiple egg poaching device which can poach three or more eggs each time. Single egg poaching devices can be designed in pairs, connecting buckles are arranged on handles of the single egg poaching devices in pairs, and the two single egg poaching devices in pairs can be connected through the connecting buckles so that two eggs can be poached at a time. Due to the fact that shaping of eggs can be facilitated through the vessels, the vessels can be designed to be in different shapes, so that the requirements of children for cartoon-shaped poached eggs, flower-shaped poached eggs and star-shaped poached eggs and the requirements of lovers and families for heart-shaped poached eggs can be met, and poached eggs can be lovely, interesting, romantic and warm.

The round-bottom cup 1c is vertically reciprocated in a coagulating liquid C containing calcium ion to gelatinize the surface layer of the albumen liquid A and the product is heated in hot water to obtain the food like a poached egg. Abstract: The invention relates to egg boiling devices for poached eggs and belongs to cooking tools. The egg boiling devices are mainly used for producing the poached eggs. According to the egg boiling devices, one egg boiling device capable of boiling one poached egg at a time is formed through designing a utensil, capable of containing one opened egg, and a handle, or, one egg boiling device capable of boiling a plurality of poached eggs simultaneously is formed through designing a plurality of utensils which are connected together; during the producing of the poached eggs, eggs are not directly put into boiling water, but put into the utensils, then, the utensils are placed into a pot with the boiling water together with the eggs, and the eggs are boiled under the protection of the utensils, so that the problems that the appearances of the poached eggs are incomplete, unsightly and the like due to the fact that egg white of the poached eggs is easily scattered by the boiling water and is easily broken up are solved; the egg boiling devices can be divided into three kinds, namely a single-egg egg boiling device capable of boiling one poached egg at a time, a double-egg egg boiling device capable of boiling two poached eggs at a time and a multi-egg egg boiling device capable of boiling three (or more) poached eggs at a time.
