Abstract: We investigate projective spherically symmetric Finsler metrics with constant flag curvature in Rn and give the complete classification theorems. Furthermore, a new class of Finsler metrics with two parameters on n-dimensional disk is found to have constant negative flag curvature.
TL;DR: In this paper, a high-speed digital multiplier architecture is implemented in a bipolar very large scale integrated circuit technology, which can be operated in unclocked, separately clocked and single clock or master-slave modes of operation.
Abstract: A high-speed digital multiplier architecture is implemented in a bipolar very large scale integrated circuit technology. Operand input and product output latches are independently enabled by inverted clock signals. The multiplier can be operated in unclocked, separately clocked and single clock or master-slave modes of operation. The multiplier can be operated to concatenate, rather than multiply, the operands and thereby load the operands directly from the inputs to the output. A selectable format adjust performs a one bit left shift on the product. A low order zero bit is inserted in the shifted product, an overflow flag is set in case the product is -1.0×-1.0=1.0, and rounding is correct for both adjusted and unadjusted products. A zero flag is provided which is correct for both rounded and unrounded output products. A negative flag provides an unambiguous indicator of product sign in signed and mixed mode or format adjusted operation.
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that on a complete connected simply connected Finsler space of non-positive flag curvature, an isometry is bounded if and only if it is a Clifford-Wolf translation.
Abstract: This paper has been withdrawn by the author due to a crucial sign error in equation 1. An isometry $\rho$ of a connected Finsler space $(M, F)$ is called bounded if the function $d(x, \rho(x))$ is bounded on $M$. It is called a Clifford-Wolf translation if the function $d(x, \rho(x))$ is constant on $M$. In this paper, we prove that on a complete connected simply connected Finsler space of non-positive flag curvature, an isometry is bounded if and only if it is a Clifford-Wolf translation. As an application, we prove that a homogeneous Finsler space of negative flag curvature admits a transitive solvable Lie group of isometries.
TL;DR: In this paper, a portable terminal is provided with an electronic money function to facilitate restoration of an original state if a terminal has been discovered, while preventing unauthorized usage of electronic money at a time of loss.
Abstract: The objective of the present invention is, with respect to a portable terminal which is provided with an electronic money function, to facilitate restoration of an original state if a terminal has been discovered, while preventing unauthorized usage of electronic money at a time of loss for a terminal which is provided with an electronic money function. If a terminal is lost, an electronic money server is accessed from a second terminal in order to perform a loss lock request. The electronic money server turns ON a loss lock flag corresponding to an electronic money ID in order to output a negative flag ON instruction for an electronic money function section at a point at which access has been made from the terminal. For the electronic money function section, by turning ON a negative flag, the electronic money function section is locked so that settlements and charges are disabled.
TL;DR: In this paper, a method, apparatus, article of manufacture, and a memory structure for performing transform tree processing in advanced coding schemes is described, which can be used to perform conditional multiple logical statements with single operands.
Abstract: A method, apparatus, article of manufacture, and a memory structure for performing transform tree processing in advanced coding schemes is disclosed. Logical statements having two operands that can result in negative flag indexes have been replaced with conditional multiple logical statements with single operands.
