Abstract: The invention discloses a moving bed drying method of materials and a device. The materials rely on gravity to continuously update heating surface units through distribution from top to bottom, and amoving bed dryer is composed of a heating plate capable of timely guiding out evaporated steam and can adapt to the moisture of different materials and discharge uniformly; through the externally powered mobile heating surface arranged on the upper part or the fixed heating surface with a large transverse distance and a heating way with injection of impact gas, the viscosity of high-moisture materials is overcome, and smooth operation of discharging of the high-moisture materials is ensured; the lower heating surface is set as the fixed heating surface, and the evaporated steam is guided out timely by arranging an evaporated steam guiding-out channel in the space between the upper heating surface unit and the lower heating surface unit to increase the evaporation speed; realization of uniform discharging of the full section of a gravity moving bed is ensured through full-section discharging of the dryer; and moisture reduction and material cooling are promoted by emission and evaporation of discharging of dry materials at the bottom, and the purposes of high-efficiency utilization of energy, improvement of the material drying efficiency and the guarantee of the operating environment are achieved.
