Abstract: The invention discloses a method for performing microbial solid culture by using a microbial solid culture device. The device comprises a box body, a first inlet pipe, an outlet pipe and a sieve plate with sieve pores, wherein the sieve plate is arranged in the box body and separates the inner space of the box body into an upper layer and a lower layer; the first inlet pipe is communicated with the lower layer of the box body; the box body is communicated with the outside through the outlet pipe. The method comprises the following steps: introducing steam to sterilize a material in the box body, inoculating a microbial fermentation seed to be cultured into the box body, enabling the microbial fermentation seed to be in contact with the material, and culturing; in the culturing process, introducing sterile gas into the box body, wherein the introduced steam or sterile gas enters the upper layer of the box body through the first inlet pipe and the sieve pores in the sieve plate to be in contact with the material or the material inoculated with the fermentation seed, the gas subjected to contact is discharged from the box body through the outlet pipe, and the material can not pass through the sieve pores. According to the invention, the microbial solid culture efficiency is high.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sterile grinding method for a microbial solid culture medium. The method includes following steps: applying force to a container containing the microbial solid culture medium to enable the container to reciprocate according to a preset track and enable the solid culture medium in the container to form reciprocating motion material flow opposite to the moving track of the container. The grinding method for the microbial solid culture medium has the advantages of freeness of pollution, small damages to microorganisms during grinding, high culture medium utilization rate and the like, can choose different time, strength and moving tracks according to needs, and can meet requirements on solid culture of various microorganisms. The invention further discloses a cultivation method for the microbial solid culture medium.
