Abstract: The invention relates to an identification device, an identification method and a storage medium based on an NB-IoT network, and relates to the technical field of Internet of Things. The identification device comprises: an interface module, a memory, a processor and a data conversion module. The data conversion module includes: a protocol identification sub-module that identifies the received protocol of the first data, a data processing sub-module that processes the identified first data according to a preset format to obtain the second data, a data storage sub-module that stores the first data, the identified first data and/or the second data to a corresponding database, and a data transmission sub-module that sends the second data to the water/electric/gas/hot meter operator. The identification device may process data sent by different operators via different networks, and send back the processed data that meets the requirements of the corresponding operator, so that the water/electric/gas/hot meter operating unit is not restricted while replacing the network operator later.
