TL;DR: In this article, a protein chip for early diagnosis of lung cancer and a kit was presented. But the authors only used ten antigen fragments: an MAGE A3, ANXA1, CTAG1B, CCT8, CHK, AP3D1, PRKACA, EIF4G1, and MAGEA1.
Abstract: The invention relates to a protein chip for early diagnosis of lung cancer and a kit. The protein chip comprises the following ten antigen fragments: an MAGE A3 antigen fragment, an ANXA1 antigen fragment, a CTAG1B antigen fragment, a CAGE1 antigen fragment, an AP3D1 antigen fragment, a CCT8 antigen fragment, a CHK antigen fragment, a PRKACA antigen fragment, an EIF4G1 antigen fragment and an MAGEA1 antigen fragment. With the adoption of the protein chip for the early diagnosis of the lung cancer and the kit, the antigens which are obviously expressed in the early stage of the lung cancer andare capable of enabling related antibody growing of the immune system are creatively selected, and corresponding antigen fragments are screened and are combined; the antigen fragments wrap the surface of a solid phase supporting matter by the protein chip technology in order to detect own antibody, related to the tumor, in human serum, and as a result, the early diagnosis of the lung cancer can be performed; the positive rate detection performance is high; and the sensitivity and the specificity of the early lung cancer diagnosis can be greatly improved.
