Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a document printed on paper without requiring a personal computer and its program software, etc., requiring any knowledge of an HTML, and paying an attention to a uniform resource locator(URL), and to automatically generate a hyperlink with ease in a visually and an intuitively easy-to- understand style. SOLUTION: A digital plane paper copier(DPPC) 4 reads in a registration destination indication sheet 10 and a home page constituting document 8... and outputs a link relation indication sheet, reads in a link relation indication sheet 7a prepared by handwriting a link relation on the link relation indication sheet 7 and calculates differences between the previously outputted link relation indication sheet 7 and inputted link relation indication sheet 7a to recognizes the link relation indicated by the handwriting as an image, and automatically generate a hyperlink between one area and one area in the image according to the recognition result. Then the DPPC 4 performs conversion to the HTML according to the hyperlink, automatically registers a WWW home page in a cache server 3, and outputs a registration completion certificate sheet 9 as the registration result. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide display in which connection of web documents in terms of a content is easily understandable even if a link destination that link description shows is redirected. SOLUTION: A crawler 10 repeats processing for detecting link description in the web document and acquiring the document of the link destination that description shows. Thus, information showing a link relation between the documents based on link description is constructed in a link information storage part 16. When a redirect detecting part 12 detects that the document of the link destination is redirected at the time of the acquiring processing of the crawler 10, it registers redirect information showing a pair of a source and a destination of the redirect to a redirect information storage part 18. A virtual link processing part 20 adds a virtual link to the redirect destination from the link source when redirect having the redirect source matched with the link destination of a link in the link information storage part 16 exists in the redirect information storage part 18. SOLUTION: When 'link list' is requested at a client computer 20 by the input operation of user using an input device 25, a link list setting dialogue is displayed on a display device 22 by a display managing part 211. When any uniform resource locator(URL) showing any arbitrary HTML file is set into a link display file setting field inside this dialogue, a list managing part 213a in a processing part 213 acquires the HTML file shown by that URL while using a network managing part 214 or a document managing part 215, analyzes the relevant file by using an HTML analytic part 213b and collects it into one body structure showing the link list.
