Abstract: Solutions for solving a problem experienced by a user are retrieved. In response to receiving a query from the user describing the problem, relevant candidate solutions to the problem are sent to the user. In response to receiving a selection of one relevant candidate solution from the relevant candidate solutions, instructions steps within the one relevant candidate solution selected by the user are analyzed. An instruction step similarity is calculated between the instruction steps within the one relevant candidate solution selected and other instructions steps within other solutions stored in a storage device. Then, similar solutions are sent to the user containing similar instruction steps to the instruction steps contained within the one relevant candidate solution selected based on the calculated instruction step similarity.

Abstract: An on-line reconstruction processing method for data storage array apparatus which possesses plural segments formed of divided storage areas in plural data storage units and plural parity groups grouped of the segments in the plural data storage units by a specified algorithm, and stores redundancy data into at least one segment of the plural parity groups, has a first step of specifying the parity group which needs to be reconstructed; a second step of reading data of the parity group which needs to be reconstructed, from the data storage units; a third step of reconstructing the data of the parity group with the data read out by the second step; and a fourth step of writing the data reconstructed by the third step into the data storage array apparatus, wherein the second step includes a read instruction step of instructing the data storage units corresponding to the parity groups to read data and a data output step at which the data storage units perform data read and output according to the read instructions, the fourth step includes a write instruction step of instructing the data storage units corresponding to the parity groups to write the reconstructed data and a data input step at which the data storage units receive and write the reconstructed data according to the write instructions, and an external host device performs data access to the data storage array apparatus between beginning of the read instruction step and end of the data input step.

Abstract: A measurement control method in a mobile communication system is provided. The mobile communication system includes a first base station and a second base station which perform communications with a user apparatus by using inter-base-station carrier aggregation. The measurement control method includes a measurement instruction step of determining, by the second base station, a parameter used for measurement configuration information for the user apparatus and transmitting measurement instruction information including the parameters to the first base station; and a measurement configuration information providing step of generating, by the first base station which has received the measurement instruction information, the measurement configuration information in which the parameter included in the measurement instruction information is set, and transmitting the measurement configuration information to the user apparatus.
