Abstract: In a component-supplying head device (50, 250), a holding portion (52) and a head portion (51) are objects to be lifted/lowered and reversed. The holding portion (52) releasably holds a component (2), and the head portion (51) has a rotating device for rotating the holding portion about its axis. The component-supplying head device (50, 250) has a head lifting/lowering device (70) and a head-reversing device (60) as separate structures from the head portion.
