Abstract: At the beginning of 1995 the IAU introduced a new numbering scheme for comets with newly discovered or returning comets allocated a letter and number depending on the half month of discovery Periodic comets with well known orbits are now allocated a sequential number based on the date of determination of the orbit This report follows previous practice and describes all comets allocated a discovery or recovery letter and number during the year, together with previously numbered periodic comets reaching perihelion during the year

Abstract: The present invention relates to diary inner paper for a calendar of ten thousand years, comprising: a division memory (10), a year marking part (20), a month marking part (30), and a month theme marking part (40) The division memory part (10) provides a user with spaces allowing arbitrary checking and recording, the spaces formed in such a manner that a surface of the inner paper is divided into vertical areas for days of a week on the transverse side by vertical division lines (10a), each vertical area for the days of the week has listed numbers from 1 to 31 and is divided into 5 separate areas dividing the numbers from 1 to 31 into each unit of 7 days The year marking part (20) has two figures formed on the upper part of the outer space on the left lateral side of the division memory part (10) to provide the user with each figured space in order to allow the user to arbitrarily mark a ten digit and a unit′s digit on the figured spaces, respectively The month marking part (30) has two figures formed on the center of the outer space of the left lateral side of the division memory part (10) to provide the user with each figured space in order to allow the user to arbitrarily mark a first half month and a second half month of a corresponding month on the figured spaces, respectively The month theme mark part(40) has predetermined several themes of a month, listed on a lower part of the outer space of the left lateral side of the division memory part (10), to provide the user with a space where the user can arbitrarily mark and record a corresponding check box According to the present invention, satisfaction and availability can be increased, and waste of inner paper, caused by non-usage, can be prevented
