TL;DR: A new highly oxygenated triterpene named ganoderic acid alpha has been isolated from a methanol extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum together with twelve known compounds by spectroscopic means including 2D-NMR.
TL;DR: The structures of eight triterpenoids, ganoderiol C (1), D (2), E (3), F (4), G (5), H (6), I (7), and ganolucidic acid E (8), isolated from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by spectroscopic methods.
Abstract: The structures of eight novel triterpenoids, ganoderiol C (1), D (2), E (3), F (4), G (5), H (6), I (7), and ganolucidic acid E (8), isolated from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum were determined by spectroscopic methods. In addition, the absolute configuration at C-23 of ganolucidic acid D (9) was determined from the CD spectrum of its p-dimethylaminobenzoate derivative.

Abstract: Two new lanostane-type triterpenoids, ganoderiol A (1) and ganoderiol B (2) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum, together with known ganodermanontriol (3) and ganodermatriol (4). The compounds were identified as 5α-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3β,24,25,26-tetraol (1), 15α,26,27-trihydroxy-5α-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-3-one (2), 24,25,26-trihydroxy-5α-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3-one (3) and 5α-lanosta-7,9(ll),24-trien-3β,26,27-triol (4), respectively.
TL;DR: Three new lanostane-type triterpenoids having farnesyl hydroquinone moieties, named ganosinensins A-C (1-3), were isolated from the fruiting body of Ganoderma sinense and determined by spectroscopic data interpretation.
Abstract: Three new lanostane-type triterpenoids having farnesyl hydroquinone moieties, named ganosinensins A-C (1-3), were isolated from the fruiting body of Ganoderma sinense, together with three known lanostane triterpenes, ganodermanontriol, ganoderiol A, and ganoderiol D. The structures of compounds 1-3 were determined by spectroscopic data interpretation.
TL;DR: Two novel lanostane-type triterpenes were isolated from the fruiting bodies of G. sinense, together with six known compounds, and their structures were determined by chemical and spectroscopic means.
Abstract: Two novel lanostane-type triterpenes, Ganolactone B and Ganoderiol A triacetate, were isolated from the fruiting bodies of G. sinense, together with six known compounds. The structures of the two new triterpenes were determined as 3 beta,7 beta-dihydroxy-11,15-dioxo-lanosta-8-en-24 -> 20 lactone (1) and 3 beta,24,26-triacetoxy-5 alpha-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-25-ol (2), respectively, by chemical and spectroscopic means.
