Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of fitness apparatuses, and particularly relates to a force trainer with the functions of weight measurement and speed measurement and a measuring method of the force trainer. The force trainer comprises a portal frame and multiple balance weight sheets, the portable frame is provided with a pulley set, a pull rope bypasses the pulley set to be connected with balance weight sheet plug pins, each balance weight sheet is provided with a pin hole, the force trainer is characterized in that the portal frame is provided with a laser range finder, the laser range finder is located above or below the balance weight sheets, and the laser transmitting end of the laser range finder right faces the outer side of the front ends or the rear ends of the pin holes. The measurement method is characterized in that the laser range finder is located above or below the balance weight sheets, so that the laser transmitting end of the laser range finder right faces handles or the front ends of the balance weight sheet plug pins, the laser range finder detects height information of the balance weight sheet plug pins, the height information is converted into the set number of the balance weight sheets and weight data. The force trainer has the advantages of being reasonable in structure and convenient to use, having an accurate measurement result and beinglong in service life.

Abstract: The utility model provides a wrist force trainer which comprises two grips, a spring coil assembly providing elastic restoring force and a shaft lever. The two grips which are oppositely arranged can oppositely rotate; two ends of the spring coil assembly are detachably connected with the two grips respectively; and the shaft lever is detachably arranged on the two grips and the spring coil assembly in a penetrating mode axially. When the wrist force trainer is utilized, a user utilizes two hands to simultaneously hold the two grips respectively and resist resistance produced by the spring coil assembly to enable the two grips to oppositely rotate, so that the user can simultaneously exercise wrist force of the two hands; the spring coil assembly is detachably connected with the two grips to enable the user to replace the spring coil assembly which can produce different restoring force to adjust the intensity of training; and accordingly the wrist force trainer has the effect of enabling the user to conveniently and rapidly exercise the wrist force of the hands simultaneously.

When the trainer is used, a person is in a bowing state, the two hands tightly hold the handrails, the two arms abut against the arm cushion, the chest abuts against the chest cushion, the two feet are placed on the pedal, the two legs exert force backward to push the pedal so that the force transmission support can swing backward, then the legs are slowly retracted, the counterweights are driven by the traction movement of the steel wire rope to move up and down, the training is repeated, and the aim of exercising leg muscle strength can be achieved. The armrest bends upwards in an arc shape. The inner part of each rotating wheel is a plane, and the outer edge is circular and is overstroke. The outer edge is uniformly provided with massage projections. The arm force trainer can be used for training arm force effectively by two persons or a single person.
