Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflow adjusting fence for improving water quality, which makes buoyancy act on an uppermost float 1 so as to locate the uppermost float 1 at an upper end of a guide wire 7 or 7, and puts an upper fence f 1 into a stretched-around state, when air is supplied only into the uppermost float 1 (in ordinary cases), which makes the uppermost float 1 lose the buoyancy so as to slide off the guide wire 7 or 7, and enables the opening of only the upper fence f 1 , when the air is removed from the uppermost float 1, and which makes all floats 1-5 float up to a water level or the vicinity of the water level so as to enable the opening of both the upper fence f 1 and a lower fence f 2 , when the air is supplied into all the floats 1-5. SOLUTION: The two fences f 1 and f 2 , which are split into two upper and lower stages, are suspended from a fixed float 6 which is floated on the water level W.L. The float 1, which is vertically slidable with respect to the guide wire 7 or 7 suspended from the fixed float 6, is mounted at an upper end of the upper fence f 1 . Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional fishing float is wholly complicated, has wholly undesirable operability, and is difficult to be thrown down far, because the float for detecting the strike of a fish is separately used from a tool for scattering ground baits. SOLUTION: Since the float body of the float is integrated with a device for scattering a ground bait, the float has a wholly compact and simple structure, has improved operability and can integrally easily be thrown down a far distance. The floatation portion of the float body of the float has a hydrodynamic shape to improve the sensitivity of the float body of the float. When only the float body of the float is singly used, the float can be used as a conventional inwardly threaded float by one of various use methods such as a fixed float method, a float angling method, a flowing float method, and a perfect flowing method by dependence to an idea. When a tool for fixing a night illuminant is used, the float can be used as a float capable of being used in both daytime and night.
