TL;DR: In this article, a continuous sheet (3) of material comprised of plastic-coated paper is produced from an expanding mandrel carousel (13) to a bottom weld flap forming station (17) and then transferred to a filling carousel, where the packages which have been formed from the blanks are filled at a filling station and sealed at a top seam welding station (23).
Abstract: Blanks are produced from a continuous sheet (3) of material comprised of plastic-coated paper. Said blanks are conveyed on an expanding mandrel carousel (13) to a bottom weld flap forming station (17) and then transferred to a filling carousel (19). The packages which have been formed from the blanks are filled at a filling station (20) and sealed at a top seam welding station (23). A top weld flap forming station (26) and a top weld flap sealing station (29) are disposed on a top forming carousel which adjoins the filling carousel (19). The finished packages are discharged at a discharge station (30), to a discharge turntable (31). The machine may be used for manufacturing packages for liquids, e.g. milk or juices.
TL;DR: In this paper, a flat bottom pouches with opposite lateral seams and a bottom are used for filling flat bottom liquid pouchers, where the holding devices can be rotated about a common axis in order to remove each pouch individually from the storage element and to continuously transfer each pouch to a holding element on the filling carousel.
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for filling flat-bottom pouches, especially with a liquid, said pouches having opposite lateral seams and a bottom. Said system contains a filling carousel (9) which can be rotated about a vertical axis and is provided with a plurality of holding elements (10) on the circumference thereof, each respectively holding one pouch. A pouch-distributing station (A), a pouch-opening station (B), a filling station (C), a removal station (D), and a closing station (E) are associated with said filling carousel. The aim of the invention is to optimise one such system and especially to increase the throughput thereof. To this end, the pouch-distributing station is provided with a storage element (7) for prefabricated pouches, and a distribution carousel (8) comprising a plurality of holding devices which can each hold a pouch. Said holding devices can be rotatably driven about a common axis in order to be able to remove each pouch individually from the storage element and to continuously transfer each pouch to a holding element on the filling carousel.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a control device consisting of a transfer carousel 20 arranged in series via a star transfert4, with a filling carousel Weight scaling 10.
Abstract: The present invention relates to container filling installations. The control device comprises a transfer carousel 20 arranged in series via a star transfert4, with a filling carousel Weight scaling 10. The transfer turret comprises n -1 static positions 21 and a post comparison scale 22, the number n, of positions of the transfer carousel being prime to the number n of positions 11 of the filling carousel 10, thereby establishing a comparison weighing of filled containers 100 sequentially collected from the filling carousel and so individually correct the weighing scales of the filling carousel 10. Application in particular to age bottlers facilities
TL;DR: In this article, a check valve is held in the open position by a control rod carried by a grid-bearing sleeve, and a fixed manifold member is arranged around each filler head, each collector having an opening disposed in vertical alignment with the filler head and suitable for receiving a closure element.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for cleaning at least one filling head (3) comprising a check valve (13) movable being held in the open position by a control rod (19) carried by a grid-bearing sleeve (15), a fixed manifold member (4) being arranged around each filler head, each collector member having an opening disposed in vertical alignment with the filler head and suitable for receiving a closure element (9) comprising a annular collar (30) can be supported on the lower portion of the movable sleeve (15) to cause opening of the valve while an annular element (26) seals with the inner wall (27) of the element collector (4). Application particularly in a weight filling carousel.
TL;DR: In this article, a method and an installation for filling, preferably automatically, bottles of liquified gas is described. But this method is not suitable for the handling of large quantities of liquid.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and an installation for filling, preferably automatically, bottles of liquified gas. The aim of the invention is to provide a preferably automated installation, for which the risks to personnel are considerably reduced and for which the regularity of the contents of the filled bottles is improved. A filling carousel 5 is supplied by a conveyer 1 on which a measuring unit 2, preferably operating by neutron backscattering, is interposed and determines the amount of product remaining in each bottle to be filled. The quantity of product to be introduced is fixed by calculating the difference. By virtue of a memory 13, the filling is controlled when the bottle has arrived at the suitable location.
