TL;DR: A 53-year-old female who presented with an exophytic polypoid lesion on the cervix is reported, a very rare tumour of the uterine cervix or corpus which has been reported to have a more indolent course than endocervical adenocarcinoma of müllerian origin but can have an aggressive clinical course.
