TL;DR: Secondary metabolites from DysoXylum malabaricum and Dysoxylum beddomei showed strong larvicidal, pupicidal and adulticidal activity and affected the reproductive potential of adults by acting as oviposition deterrents.
TL;DR: Four tirucallane derivatives and two known triterpenoids, 24,25-epoxy-3beta,23-dihydroxy-7-tirucallene, tirucalla-7,24-diene-3 beta, 23-diol, were isolated from Dysoxylum hainanense and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
TL;DR: Four new dammarane-type triterpenoids are isolated from the fruits of Dysoxylum richii, establishing the proposed structures by chemical interconversions, spectral analysis and comparisons among closely related compounds.
TL;DR: Two new prenyleudesmane diterpenes were isolated from the fruits of Dysoxylum kuskusense and exhibited cytotoxicity against P-388, HT-29, and A549 cell lines.
Abstract: Two new prenyleudesmane diterpenes, dysokusone D (1) and dysokusone E (2), were isolated from the fruits of Dysoxylum kuskusense and exhibited cytotoxicity against P-388, HT-29, and A549 cell lines. Their structures were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectral analysis.
