TL;DR: In this paper, a dendrobium huoshanense microsatellite deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecular marker is characterized, which is characterized in that a DHE enriched library is established, positive clones of a micro-satellite sequence are screened and sequenced, 51 clones containing the micro-simplication repeated sequence are obtained and are screened to obtain 11 microSatellite molecular markers with high polymorphism.
Abstract: The invention discloses a dendrobium huoshanense microsatellite deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecular marker, which is characterized in that a dendrobium huoshanense microsatellite computer tomography (CT)n enriched library is established, positive clones of a microsatellite sequence are screened and sequenced, 51 clones containing the microsatellite repeated sequence are obtained and are screened to obtain 11 microsatellite molecular markers with high polymorphism Hs39, Hs40, Hs41, Hs42, Hs44, Hs47, Hs48, Hs50, Hs54, Hs56 and Hs57, wherein Hs42 can well discriminate dendrobium huoshanense from dendrobium candidum, dendrobium crispulum Kimura et migo, flat dendrobium chrysanthum Wall and dendrobium aduncum. The microsatellite molecular marker can be used for researching genetic diversity of the dendrobium huoshanense, can identity counterfeit products of the dendrobium huoshanense, has the advantages of accuracy, rapidness and good repeatability, and provides a novel tool for eliminating the false and retaining the true dendrobium huoshanense.
TL;DR: In this article, a molecular specific marker primer and a method for identifying D. hercoglossum and D. aduncum was proposed, which can be used for quick molecular identification on two similar species D. Hercogenus and dendrobium aduncus through a common PCR method.
Abstract: The invention relates to a molecular specific marker primer and a method for identifying dendrobium hercoglossum and dendrobium aduncum. An upstream primer CCF of the molecular specific marker primer for identifying D. hercoglossum and D. aduncum is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1 and a downstream primer CCR is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2. The method provided by the invention is used for quick molecular identification on two similar species D. hercoglossum and D. aduncum through a common PCR method by using the CCF/CCR. The method is simple, detects by adopting the PCR technology, is short in time and can be accomplished within half a day, so that the method is an effective assist for identifying D. hercoglossum and D. aduncum by morphological characteristics.
TL;DR: The compound of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid is firstly isolated from Genus Dendrobium and Compound Ⅰ~Ⅲ, ⅤセⅨ are found from this species for the first time, the 13 C-NMR data of compound Ⅳ and Ⅲ are reported for theFirst time.
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To isolate and elucidate the constituents from Dendrobium aduncum Hook. METHODS The chromatography on silica gel was used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were determined by IR,MS, 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and HMBC spectral analysis.RESULTS Nine compounds were obtained and identified as following: n-triacontyl p-hydroxy-cis-cinnamate(Ⅰ),defuscin(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),aduncin(Ⅳ),dengibsinin(Ⅴ),dengibsin(Ⅵ),chrysotoxone(Ⅶ),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid(Ⅷ) and daucosterol(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION The compound of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid is firstly isolated from Genus Dendrobium and Compound Ⅰ~Ⅲ, Ⅴ~Ⅸ are found from this species for the first time,The 13 C-NMR data of compound Ⅳ and Ⅴ are reported for the first time.
