Abstract: Rufocumbre gen. nov. (type species: Rufocumbre celioi sp. nov.), a new genus of Neotropical skippers belonging to the tribe Moncini is described to include five species known only from Brazil. Four new species are described: Rufocumbre celioi sp. nov. from the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul; Rufocumbre emeryi sp. nov. from the states of Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, Goias and Minas Gerais; Rufocumbre schneideri sp. nov. from the states of Tocantins, Distrito Federal, Minas Gerais and Parana; and Rufocumbre lucasi sp. nov. from the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais. The taxon Cumbre belli eberti Evans, 1955 is transferred to the new genus and elevated to the species level, Rufocumbre eberti (comb. nov., stat. nov.). Adults, male androconia and genitalia of both sexes are illustrated for all species.

TL;DR: The results of three soil helium surveys undertaken at Cumbre Vieja volcano, La Palma Island, Canary Islands were reported in this article, showing a 7.2% contribution of plume-type helium.
TL;DR: The genus Cumbre Evans, 1955 (Hesperiidae: Heperiinae: Moncini) and its respective species are revised and two new species are described.
Abstract: The genus Cumbre Evans, 1955 (Hesperiidae: Heperiinae: Moncini) and its respective species are revised. Two new species are described, Cumbre haywardi sp. nov. from Peru and Argentina (type locality) and Cumbre lamasi sp. nov. from Ecuador and Peru (type locality). A lectotype for Phanis cumbre Schaus, 1902 is designated. The examination of the Phanes triumviralis Hayward, 1939 and Phanes belli Hayward, 1939 holotypes indicates that these taxa are new synonyms (n. syn.) of Poanes meridionalis Hayward, 1934, which is a valid species (stat. rev.).
TL;DR: Bolivar et al. as discussed by the authors analyze the political scope of the utterance "?Why don´t you shut up?", which circulated widely in YouTube on the 10th of November 2007 when the King of Spain addressed it to the President of Venezuela at the last meeting of the XVIIth Summit of the Americas celebrated in Santiago de Chile.
El analisis llama la atencion sobre las transgresiones de los lideres politicos en las relaciones internacionales, y evalua los efectos para la polarizacion en Espana y Venezuel EnglishIn this paper we analyze the political scope of the utterance "?Why don´t you shut up?", which circulated widely in YouTube on the 10th of November 2007 when the King of Spain addressed it to the President of Venezuela at the last meeting of the XVIIth Summit of the Americas celebrated in Santiago de Chile. Using an interactional perspective (Bolivar, 2001, 2007, 2008), and having in mind the features of Venezuelan populist discourse, we claim that , although the main focus of interest was on the King of Spain´s sentence, it was president Chavez who obtained the greatest discursive benefits because he managed to call the world´s attention which, as we have shown in other studies, forms part of the communicational strategy of the Bolivarian revolution that he leads. The study focuses on two main problems. First, on the reasons why the sentence had such a big impact on the global world as seen in a Google search (Possenti, 2008) and, second, on the strategic steps given by the Venezuelan president to call everbody´s attention at the Summit. As we have done in most of our research, we use evaluation as the central category because it allows us to explain the internal changes in the text as well as the changes in the social and political dynamics (Bolivar, 2008).The micro-dialogue staged by You Tube is analysed in detail and also the macro-dialogue represented by the news the day after the event gathered through internet and the local press. The analysis calls attention on the transgressions of political leaders in international relations and assesses the effects for polarization in Spain and Venezuela.
