Abstract: The arrival of the era of “big wisdom and cloud” has promoted the restructuring of the industrial system, and the development of the new economy has also brought new changes to the demand for financial and business professionals. With the change of the employment market, the training objectives of financial and business professionals are also changing day by day. Practical teaching is becoming more and more important in the training of financial and business professionals. “Employment” in people’s livelihood has been identified as the main goal of government work. As the main source of economic restructuring, “mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship” has successfully integrated the spirit of innovation into all fields of society. Entrepreneurship has attracted the attention of the whole society. Under the influence of policy factors and various factors during the entrepreneurship period, the source and connotation of China’s entrepreneurship policy have changed significantly. On the basis of summarizing the practical teaching modes of foreign finance and economics majors, this study introduces the training objectives, conditions, and curriculum settings of the practical teaching of finance and economics majors in higher vocational colleges. This paper designs a recommendation algorithm for innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model based on potential Dirichlet distribution (LDA) theme model and alternating least squares (ALS) collaborative filtering, which not only improves the accuracy of the recommendation results of talent training model but also improves the accuracy of the recommendation results of talent training model. On the premise of stable recommendation, the diversity of recommendation results has increased, which meets the needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training of higher vocational finance and economics majors under the background of “great wisdom and cloud” and provides a certain reference for the practical teaching reform of higher vocational finance and economics majors in China. The cultivation of compound talents is of great significance to the development of professionals in modern multimedia and advanced e-commerce industries.

The versatility of design thinking, do it yourself, the reuse of clothing and a multi-wear clothing in order to extend the connotation of green fashion design. The authors suggest to change human’s consumer psychology by establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract: Urban sprawl has brought a series of negative effects to sustainable development.How to control urban sprawl has became a challenge for urban planners in many countries.Literature review and qualitative methods were used to summarize the connotation and causes of urban sprawl.Experience of urban sprawl study in foreign countries were summarized and assessed from three aspects: the target of urban sprawl control,the method of urban sprawl control and the way to improve the efficiency of urban sprawl control.In order to improving the efficiency of urban sprawl control,we should pay attention to the target of urban sprawl control,apply multi-instruments to control urban sprawl and pay attention to the implementation of urban sprawl control policy.

But in the world of ideas it is false: to the extent that two incompatible traditions use the same words or symbols to articulate different visions of legal or social organization, imitation begets confusion, not enlightenment. The effects of that confusion, moreover, are not confined to the world of ideas, but spill over into the world of politics and public affairs. Words are more than tools of description: they work also as tools of persuasion and transformation. Let a term have a favorable connotation in one context, and its imitative use can mislead people into thinking that a major departure from established practice is merely the extension or updating of an old principle to deal with new circumstances.

Abstract: This article elaborates upon the idea of the conflict with a power authority in a graphic novels, using the semiotic analysis method defined by Roland Barthes. It will highlight the denotation, connotation and myths of the visual signs and words. This is a piece of qualitative research and uses constructivism as the paradigm. Primary data is taken from every chapter of the Watchmen graphic novel published during the course of 1986. Until now, The Watchmen was the only graphic novel that received a Hugo Award, a worldwide acknowledgement of this genre/format as a new form of art literature. Many themes and myths can be found in the graphic novel, which help to mould the underlying ideologies which form the narrative foundations of each plotline, and this article demonstrates how the genre can be read as a form of mass communication that itself promotes conflict todawds power authority.
