TL;DR: Based on the analysis of input-output of manufacturing processes, the connotation of process planning for green manufacturing is analyzed, and then a multi-objective optimization decision-making framework model is presented to resolve the model, it is decomposed into a series of sub models, which are easy to be resolved as discussed by the authors.
TL;DR: Li et al. as discussed by the authors developed a connotation-aware music retrieval (CaMR) framework to retrieve relevant music on social media based on the connotation of visual inputs (e.g., images, photos) provided by the users.
Abstract: With the ubiquitous network connectivity and the proliferation of mobile devices, people are increasingly consuming digital contents from social media driven music sharing platforms (e.g., YouTube, Soundcloud). In this paper, we study a novel problem of connotation-aware music retrieval that focuses on the connotation which expresses the implicit feeling or emotion beyond the explicit content in artworks. Our goal is to automatically retrieve relevant music on social media based on the connotation of visual inputs (e.g., images, photos) provided by the users. The problem is challenging as it requires the accurate identification of the implicit connotation from both images and music pieces, and the precise matching of the identified connotation across different data modalities. We develop a connotation-aware music retrieval (CaMR) framework to address the above challenges. Evaluation results from a real-world social media dataset demonstrate that the CaMR framework can retrieve music that is highly relevant to the connotation of the input image.
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper conducted an evaluation study on the development level of the digital economy, which mainly contains two parts: first, a comprehensive digital economy; second, a study on influencing factors.
Abstract: Digitalization is a long-standing concern in modern industrial engineering. At present, there is no widely recognized standard for the connotation and definition of digital economy, the scope of digital economy is difficult to be defined. This paper conducts an evaluation study on the development level of the digital economy, which mainly contains two parts: first, a comprehensive digital economy; second, a study on the influencing factors. This paper first summarizes the connotation of the digital economy and digital economy evaluation-related research, extracts the influencing factors of digital economy development, and adopts partial least squares (PLS) path model to verify the hypotheses from five dimensions: basic resources, integration development, innovation capacity, social benefits, and network security. It also has an indirect impact on integrated development by influencing innovation ability; innovation capability has a significant positive impact on convergence development; convergence development has a significant positive impact on social benefits; both convergence development and social benefits have a significant negative impact on cybersecurity. Finally, based on the above research results, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of the regional digital economy.
TL;DR: This paper examined the social meaning of language crossing among teenagers in the Netherlands and found that the used words often have a literal meaning that could be understood as offensive, but that words and accents are both generally used with a friendly, social connotation.
Abstract: A new youth language has appeared among teenagers in the Netherlands. The basis of this lingo is Dutch, but this is interlarded with elements derived from immigrant languages. This article examines the social meaning of this language phenomenon. On the one hand, it can be argued that language crossers move to the cultural territory of others out of respect and interest for the people who are associated with it. On the other hand, it can be argued that crossers show no respect for the cultural ownership held by the associated group. Cultural elements associated with another group may even be used to degrade the members of that group. First, I analyze the literal content of the foreign words that are used among teenagers in the Netherlands. Secondly, I infer the social connotation of language crossing from the social relations of the crosser with members of the groups that are associated with the language elements. I use write-in questionnaires completed by a large number of pupils attending schools throughout the Netherlands. Results show that the used words often have a literal meaning that could be understood as offensive, but that words and accents are both generally used with a friendly, social connotation.
TL;DR: In this paper , the integration of explicit and implicit education into ideological and political education from the perspective of new media is investigated, which can effectively improve the effectiveness of political education, promote the development of ideological education in university, and ensure the quality of educational quality in university.
Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness, this article puts forward a research on the integration mechanism of explicit education and implicit education of psychological education in ideological and political education from the perspective of new media. Starting from the concept, characteristics, and types of new media, from the connotation, characteristics, theory, and practical significance of explicit education and recessive education, and from the perspective of new media, the integration mechanism of explicit education and recessive education in ideological and political education should be promoted. According to the integration principle of explicit education and implicit education in the new media perspective, this paper puts forward the integration strategy of explicit education and implicit education in the new media perspective. By using Marxist philosophy, instillation theory, and four learning theories, the paper uses the subjective sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on a university and puts forward some suggestions for the practical situation. The results show that the integration of explicit and implicit education into ideological and political education from the perspective of new media is effective and feasible, which can effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, promote the development of ideological and political education in university, and ensure the quality of ideological and political education in university.
