Abstract: Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, many companies around the world have fallen into financial difficulties to varying degrees due to various factors. But there are also a lot of companies that have taken on more corporate social responsibilities than usual during the epidemic. The enterprises have to pay a huge capital to undertake social responsibility, according to the connotation of sustainable operation of corporate social responsibility, the ultimate goal of implementing corporate social responsibility should be to achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and stakeholders. Therefore, this study uses the A-share manufacturing industry of Chinese listed companies from 2019, 2020, and the third quarter of 2021 as the research samples, and empirically probes the impact of ESG performance on changes in the Z-score of companies before and after the COVID-19. The results of the study found that during the epidemic, the better the ESG performance, and the more unfavorable the overall financial situation of the company, this is due to the huge expenditure for unusual business. However, if the company that ESG performance kept the same or even improved compared with last year would significantly improve the overall financial situation of the company. The improvement was even more pronounced for companies at the high level of financial physique, that is, the continued effort on corporate social responsibility worked. In addition, after the recovery of the epidemic, the performance of ESG has no significant impact on the overall financial situation of the company, but companies with better financial situation recovery can significantly improve the Z-score of the company if the ESG performance can be on par with the previous period or even improve. According to the empirical research results, this study also puts forward corresponding suggestions.

Abstract: In the carrying capacity field,eco-geological environmental carrying capacity is a new topic,of which the theory and practical cases are rare both at home and abroad.It is necessary to establish a more practical and universal evaluation index system.The system is a premise of scientific evaluation for eco-geological environmental carrying capacity.Based on the theory of Earth system science,ecology and environmental carrying capacity,the concept and connotation of eco-geological environmental carrying capacity are discussed,and its affecting factors are analyzed.By means of theoretical analysis and expert advice,the basic structure of evaluation index system is discussed and integrated residual rate model of ecological-geological environment carrying capacity is established about urban background,which scientifically measures the relationships between regional human activities and eco-geological environment system and also provides a theoretical basis for regional sustainable development.

Abstract: Drawing on the status of brand community research and the needs of enterprise practice, this paper explored the relationship between the motivation and the behavior of consumer engagement in online brand community from the consumer's perspective and concluded the driving forces of consumer engagement are social intercourse, information, entertainment, and benefit and achievement motivation. With factor analysis, motivation of consumers’ engagement in online brand community was studied to resolve the connotation underlying the brand community, which provides further reference for the company to select consumer-oriented strategy proposals on online brand community management.

Abstract: One of the most controversial questions in creativity research is the domain generality or specificity.Basing on empirical research,Baer and Kaufman developed the Amusement Park Theoretical(APT) model of creativity.The APT model uses the metaphor of an amusement park to explore creativity.There are four stages:Initial requirements,general thematic areas,domains,and micro-domains.The model successfully bridges together domain-general and domain-specific components of creativity in a way that demonstrates how those factors overlap to varying degrees in a kind of nested hierarchy.Although the APT model was developed by Western psychologists,Chinese researchers have also constructed similar mode in creativity fostering area.They are verified each other,which suggests the scientificity and practicability of the APT model.

Abstract: With the continuous development and innovation of higher education in China, the development trend of education, from the extension type to the connotative type, is prompting the reform of college English. At present, college English emphasizes more on students’ comprehensive English application skills and their comprehensive development in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, so that they can use English flexibly. The output-driven hypothesis is a teaching theory proposed in the current educational environment, which is devoted to solving many problems in English teaching, such as low efficiency and the separation of learning and application. This study makes a detailed analysis of the connotation of output-driven hypothesis and explores the problems existing in current college English teaching. The purpose of this paper is to put forward practical teaching strategies for college English under the concept of output-driven hypothesis.
