Change Type Code

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection fixing of a homonym and the unification of descriptions by storing the fixed description and a description change type code when inputting a certain word changing the description in the case of KANA (Japanese syllabary)/(KANJI)(Chinese character) conversion, and referring to the stored description and description change type code when this word or any word similarly changing the description is inputted again. CONSTITUTION:An input character string is converted by a KANA/KANJI converting part 4, and the selection fixed result is outputted to an output device 7 by a selection fixing operation part 5. When the selection of the work changing the description is fixed, the description and the description change type are stored in a storage part 6. When this word is inputted again, the priority of this description is improved by referring to the storage part 6, the priority of the other description is lowered, and selection fixing control is performed. When the word similarly changing the description is inputted, the priority of any description provided with the same description change type code is raised by referring to the storage part 6, the priority of the other description is lowered, and the control of selection fixing is performed.
