Abstract: New and rare true bugs (Insecta, Heteroptera) from Lower Austria and Vienna. Part 2. The continuation of studies on the Heteroptera of Austria, based on the revision of historic museum material and recent collecting efforts, revealed new interesting results for the provinces of Lower Austria (27 new records) and Vienna (9 new records), which are presented and discussed. Most noteworthy is the record of the Mediterranean flower bug Orius pallidicornis (REUTER 1884) (Anthocoridae), which is mentioned the first time for Central Europe. Capsus wagneri (REMANE 1950), Lygocoris zebei GUNTHER 1997 (Miridae), Thyreocoris fulvipennis DALLAS 1851 (Thyreocoridae) and Picromerus conformis (HERRICH-SCHAFFER 1841) (Pentatomidae)'are newly recorded for Austria. Amblytylus macedonicus E. WAGNER 1956 (Miridae) is confirmed for Austria.
