TL;DR: Spectrofluorimetry coupled to second order multivariate calibration methods, as unfolded- partial least squares with residual bilinearization (U-PLS/RBL) and multidimensional-partial least-squares with residual Bilinearizations (N- PLS/ RBL), was investigated to quantify quercetin and kaempferol in those samples and good results were obtained by this approach.
TL;DR: Adsorption and electrochemical reduction of pyrantel pamoate are studied in Britton Robinson buffer medium at hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) by Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetric technique.
Abstract: Adsorption and electrochemical reduction of pyrantel pamoate are studied in Britton Robinson buffer medium at hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) by Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetric technique. The peak current shows a linear dependence with the drug concentration over the range 250 ng mL−1 to 64 μg mL−1. Applicability to assay the drug in urine samples is illustrated in the concentration range 5–20 μg mL−1.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed a voltammetric method for the determination of entacapone based on the enhancement effect of Tween 20, which enhanced the reduction current signal while anionic surfactant (sodium lauryl sulphate) and cationic surfactants (cetrimide) showed opposite effects.
TL;DR: Results indicated that cathodic peak of cefpirome is greatly improved at MWCNT modified GC electrode as compared with the bare GC electrode showing excellent electrocatalytic activity towards cef Pirome reduction.
