Abstract: A touch free toilet control panel display which may be used, for activating various components of a smart toilet. The user may touch freely use a touch free input device, for choosing from a displayed menu of toilet functions. Various input devices may used to activate the displayed toilet devices, such as, a floating capacitive field ( 404 ) to detect a user's fingers hovering above the displayed menu options ( 406 ), body movement recognition used to control the movement of a displayed cursor, an eye tracking system ( 604 ), that uses the user's gaze point ( 610 ), tongue recognition, etc. Touch free activation of the menu functions, reduces the transmission of bacteria from the menu panel to the user, and may also ease the use of the toilet devices. The display menu may show toilet devices, such as, a bidet, bidet water temperature, internet connection, etc. Other embodiments are described and shown.

Abstract: A combination sitz bath, sitz shower, bidet and warm air unit. A portable unit comprises a U-shaped toilet seat supported at a sitting height by a hollow rigid construction having an open bottom. Adjustably positioned below said seat is a shower head aligned to direct water discharging therefrom in a vertical direction. A basin fits snugly around said showerhead to optionally provide a sitz bath. Additionally, bidet means are connected between an external water source and said shower head, and an adjustably positionable warm air unit provides a drying function.

Abstract: A bed for patient care having a waste disposal system. The bed includes a back, seat and two leg sections for supporting the patient. These sections of the bed may be raised and lowered and tilted. The leg sections may be moved independently for use with patients having one leg immobilized. The seat section includes two panels which part to permit a waste canister to be raised to interface with the buttocks of the patient. An audible signal alerts the patient prior to this action. The waste canister provides a directable bidet wash, and an air drying feature. Gelling material within the canister swells during the bidet function to cover and seal the waste. The entire canister may be sealed and disposed of.
