TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used NMR (1 H, 13 C, DEPT, NOESY) to characterize fragmentation reactions between these anthraquinones to provide an easy way to differentiate between the two classes, since it is necessary and important to discriminate and identify these derivatives in laxative plants and phytotherapic drugs.
TL;DR: In this article, a compound with anthrone as a core and a use of it as a light-emitting layer material for an organic lightemitting diode was described.
Abstract: The invention discloses a compound with anthrone as a core and a use thereof. According to the compound, anthrone is a mother nucleus and is connected to an aromatic heterocyclic group so that molecular symmetry is destroyed, molecule crystallinity is destroyed, intermolecular aggregation is avoided and good film-forming performances are obtained. The compound as a light-emitting layer material is used for an organic light-emitting diode. An OLED device prepared from the compound has good photoelectric properties and can satisfy the requirements of the panel manufacturing companies.
TL;DR: The anthrone reagent is not a suitable method to detect sugar meals in Aedes triseriatus. The majority of adults were anthrone negative 12 h after feeding and all were anthrone negative after 24 h.
Abstract: Adults of Aedes triseriatus were fed water, blood, and 10% pure and mixed solutions of glucose, fructose and sucrose. Adults were tested for fructose by the cold-anthrone test 0, 1, 4, 12, and 24 h after feeding. Water-fed males and females and blood-fed females were anthrone negative. Glucose-fed males were anthrone negative but some glucose-fed females were weakly anthrone positive immediately after feeding. Many adults fed a mixture of glucose, fructose and sucrose were anthrone negative 12 h after feeding and all were anthrone negative after 24 h. The interpretation of negatives in the anthrone test is discussed with respect to the dynamics of nectar feeding, metabolic rates and sampling regimes.
TL;DR: In this article, a compound taking dimethyl anthrone as a core and an application of the compound to an organic electroluminescence device was described, which has the advantages that molecules are not easily crystallized or gathered and the compound has a good film-forming property.
Abstract: The invention discloses a compound taking dimethyl anthrone as a core and an application of the compound to an organic electroluminescence device. The compound taking the dimethyl anthrone as the core has the advantages that molecules are not easily crystallized or gathered, and the compound has a good film-forming property. When the compound is used as a light-emitting layer material of the organic electroluminescence device, the current efficiency of the device is greatly improved, and the service life of the device is obviously prolonged.
TL;DR: In this article, a method for the preparation of a culture substrate and a mangosteen cell secondary metabolite is described. But this method is restricted to the field of cells, and in particular to a preparation method of the culture substrate.
Abstract: The invention relates to the field of cells, and in particular to a preparation method of a culture substrate and a mangosteen cell secondary metabolite. The culture substrate is prepared from 2,4-D,6-BA and a basal culture medium. The secondary metabolite in the mangosteen cell culture prepared in the culture substrate contains total oxygen anthrone compounds. The secondary metabolite is collected, and dry-frozen for storage. The anti-oxidation function of the total oxygen anthrone compounds is utilized to attain the goal of anti-aging effect, thus enabling the dry-frozen powder to be used in cosmetics.
