TL;DR: The method was simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of pachyman in Radix Ophiogonis, and standard curve was liner in the concentration range.
Abstract: AIM To establish a simple and accurate mothod for the determination of pachyman in Radix Ophiogonis METHOD Anthrone Sulphuric Acid colrimetry was used RESULTS max=626 nm, and standard curve was liner in the concentration range 2 56~25 6 mg·L -1 ,the average recovery was 102 46%,RSD=2 02% CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid and reliable
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to measure the effect of different types of drugs on the human body's ability to tolerate different levels of toxicity.1 98×104L/mol·cm.
TL;DR: In this article, an efficient method for producing an anthrone (II) by reacting an anthracene (I) with metallic iron or an iron compound was proposed, in the presence of hydrogen chloride.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for producing an anthrone (II) by reacting an anthracene (I) with metallic iron or an iron compound. SOLUTION: The anthrone (II) is obtained by reacting an anthraquinone (I) with metallic iron or an iron compound under hydrogen chloride free condition or in the presence of hydrogen chloride which is 15 mol times and less of the anthraquinone (I). The amount of the metallic iron or iron compound is generally 1 to 50 mol times of the anthraquinone (I). Preferably the reaction is made in the presence of an organic acid, whose amount is 1 to 100 times in weight of the anthraquinone (I).
